Mephisto Genetics Mephisto Genetics Micro Grow.

It's been two days that Deep Blue C bean was dropped into the soil. No sign of popping. The 24 Carat is very slow in growing. It's going on two weeks and I'd hope she would kick in better. 24 Carat has just barely started her true leaves. PMed the gift giver and sent pic of her. Waiting to hear from him. Besides all this it's just a wait and see game.

Off tomorrow and I'll be able to post pics.

Started a Mephisto Genetics Auto Blues and Toof Decay series of pics and review on www.seedfinder.eu. Check it out if you have time.

24 Carat now around 14 days old. VERY slow growing. In seedling mix. Moisture on bottom of container is wet and has been for days now. Carefully poked holes in mix around base of container to get some air to the bottom to dry out it. Top 2/3 of mix is drying out much faster. Last watering was Monday. That's now the 4th day. Take a look and see. Holding the course. Drainage of mix is excellent. Just that one cup of water that she got today there was run off.

Camera setting is fine. That's a good image of the 24 Carat. Cotyledons are yellow and the little thing is very light in color. The 24 Carat was a gift from a very good autoflower expert. Also an AFN member. I watered her on Monday and the bottom of seedling mix is not drying out even though there is good drainage. I don't know.

The Deep Blue C is still sleeping and she should be popping soon. Today would be the 3rd full day.

Stop watering... and let her go for a bit... is the medium real wet?

Oops... I answered my question... that medium holds moisture forever... I usually only give a tablespoon of liquid at a time until they are 2 plus weeks... if you just stop watering for a while until she should pull out of it... don't worry...

Gave her 1st watering on Monday. The bottom 1/3 is wet, but the top 2/3 dry's out to fluffiness. The 1st knuckle test feels dry. No coolness to the finger. The moisture probe rocks at 9 on the bottom 1/3. I gave her a little water today about a cup or less just because the top is 2/3 is dry. The drainage is good. The thing is that she hasn't grown a bit since I got her. I haven't over watered her even on the 1st watering; a little over a cup and a half with runoff. When I got her she was well hydrated and waited till the top 1/3 or more was dry. The bottom of the medium doesn't seem to dry out at all. After almost a week still wet. Holding course.

if the bottom is wet she's too wet... the bottom should be much drier and the pot should feel light... her roots will seek out moisture... trust me... wait a few... her root ball should be the size of a baseball and the tap is most likely 3 plus inches down so she's got staying power just stop watering for a few days... and then only sprinkle a tablespoon or so to keep the top a little damp... it will be an uncomfortable feeling but this is the best remedy... do nothing...
