I noticed that to were all new to growing gathering in here we won't be the new guys soon but it's great to start off with so many starting were I am put all are heads together and the help from here how can we failWent back and liked the posts in the thread. It's cool to see how we are forming a little newbie group here. I think in a few months once I start growing again (after my current babies) you will have stuff to teach me! My next grow is going to have some ferts in the soil before I start for better growth, I also plan on amending it with some ffof at the bottom 1/3 of the pot for easier nutrient feeding for the seedlings. I've noticed my grape crinkle is a bit floppy like you were talking about in my thread. I have air flowing over it creating a breeze but I for some reason have had it kinda go to the side when I water it. It's like the taproot isn't establishing eight or the soil is too loose, this is the first I've run in to this at almost 2 weeks. Do you have any issues like that?
It's kicking ass I had it on my first grow did not know much about it so I did not use I've got liquid karma coming I think nitrozyme for the foliar feeds I don't think it does as good in soil feed as the liquid karma when these girls are 30 days I'm going to let up on the foliar and go to liquid karma for soil feed. I'm seeing a big difference in the growth from not using it if I would have liquid karma from the start I would have used it same way foliar then soil feed after 30 days everything I read seems to poi t to nitrozyme being best for foliar.S o I'm going to try liquid karma on feed days and foliar feed with nitrozyme on water days. How are you liking the Foliar feeding of the nitrozime. I have it as well as liquid karma and some other foliars

I think it's pretty neat that we're all learning what we can from each other. I was a bit boneheaded and ordered nutrients i just don't need, I still have yet to use any of theI noticed that to were all new to growing gathering in here we won't be the new guys soon but it's great to start off with so many starting were I am put all are heads together and the help from here how can we failhonestly I learned most off the new folks journals how not to make newbie mistakes some are still made but lord had I not read all the new growers journals I would have made ALL the mistakes lol glad your here the support from you all is wonderful together we learn and achieve. I have enough of my mother's soil for one more grow she brings me a couple hundred pounds each time she comes for my tomatoes I had ordered a bag of fox farm soil it was full of gnats when I'm done using this soil I'm going with pro mix I amend with dolomite lime a table spoon to a gallon and 1 cup of ewc per gallon with 25% perlite works for my seedlings and plants. I'm noticing the Mephisto strains are a little floppy for me all mine are top heavy from reading journals I seen I needed to let these guys stretch some or first set of leaves was going to lay on dirt I did better on some then others I have very light soil to start with then added perlite I'm noticing these are not as solid rooted as my first run I'm not using silica this time I'm going to start foliar feeding a little sillica see if I can thicken them up my first run girls had unbelievable knuckles on her the stalks and stems were solid.W hen I started this I planned on nothing more then 300.00 after a week of talking with my mate we decided to save and spend on my research of what we need to produce quality bud I suffer from severe ocd my kids call me MONK
so I could not under go trying this without everything I thought I'd need you don't need everything I got bit it helps I did not spend a lot on nutes you can get the fox farm trio jet .com for 25.00 very reasonable I was not happy with the effects on my plants it gave me smoke but was hard on plants I think fox farm is one of best products out there for growing I just don't want to put the time into it to learn it Id rather go the way I'm going.
looking good so far! keep up the good work on those plants, sorry to hear about the gnats, i have faith you'll get them, if not try finding something like lady bugs to feed on them.3 days ago I made a mistake and mixed up the remains fox farm soil I had I detected no gnats in mixing I flushed the pots like always I let them with a day then sat them in my tent well I going flying gnats now and they are coming from those 2 pots I dropped seeds in them yesterday before I seen the gnats in my tent I do flush this soil with water that had a mosquito dunk in it I'm hoping that gets them fast I grabbed some of my mates glue boards and threw them in there they work great and the are white not yellow but work I don't see anymore flying around hope I've nipped it in the bud. Here's everyone this morning I will do a update on all Thursday.View attachment 632530
There's some great cameras on very cheap devices, cameras and what not make up their poor optics with high resolutions and they do a good job to say the least. A little $50 tablet or a $100 phone can do as much or more than some professional cameras could do 5-10 years ago. its just amazing.Hey @MissUniverse remember me sweating not having a camera a couple weeks ago I still have not got one I was sitting here with a new tablet my mate got me they were tired of my face buried in my phone lol I did not think the camera would be any good I'm a retired pro photographer well I was wrong it will do fine for this I'm amazed at the quality of things today these things do multiple things but do a good job this thing even has HD Video recorder and it is not a expensive one is why I'm shocked at the quality.
