I have a kiddie pool that would work good for my small grow as a mixing tub.
Problem is I have no room indoors to store it.
Is it dangerous for getting bugs and diseases outdoors?
It would be on my patio in the pool covered with a tarp to "cook". No direct sunlight and living near the coast it's mild temps.

Probably going to be a little of where you are.

For me coco goes outside after a run and mixed and let set till the next run is done, then I flush reload and go. A few knats occasionally, but the first week in use I use mosquito dunks in the water to eliminate that issue. No other real pests around here interested in in it.

I've never used the dunks.
You inoculate your water then water the plants with it?

Yep, I toss one in the 5 gallon jug and fill, then pour from that to mix nutes. After a week it's still there in the bottle and I discard. I don't all the time, only if I notice an issue, and seems a week or two is enough to break their cycle.
