Is there a way to monitor temps in my grow tent via Wi-Fi and my phone?

I'd like to have the ability to get notifications if temps vary beyond what I set. Lows and highs.

You can also setup third party apps with it if you needed

What is a good, reasonable heat element for 3x2.5x6 grow cabinet. I only need 5° to 10° rise in my box. Anyone use the farm trough, and well house heaters?
