Dear AFN,
Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.
I just wanted to give you all a brief introduction.
I started medicating at an early age, and liked to joke with my parents by repeating the line from that old commercial where the parents question their child about the stash they found in his room, and he cries "you, okay! I learned it by watching you!". So, yeah, I'm 40 now, so that was a long time ago.
Although I grew a couple of plants in my youth in a field behind the house, I will just say that I am completely new to this. However, don't underestimate me, because I have an I.Q. of 155, and I don't fuck around. It may sound arrogant, but I am a highly talented individual on a large number of fronts, and I fully expect to have great success at this, too.
With that said, I have no illusions that I know everything. I have a shit-ton of stuff to learn, and while the statement above may seem a bit cocky, I am generally a really nice guy, who tries to learn just as much as he can from others, and I'm not afraid to say things like "I'm sorry", and "I was wrong". My spiritual philosophy demands that I never reject truth that it may not pander to my own prejudices. In other words, I fully realize that I am but a speck on the unfathomably large sphere on which we live, and that although I may sometimes feel superior to those around me, people are ALWAYS surprising me.
Anyway, I'm not sure if I will do a journal, as I worry about my privacy, but I am only using TOR to peruse this site, and have already posted about my new grow box, so we'll see how secure that makes me feel about it, and see where this all goes.
I have found a ton of useful threads and information on this site, and as I have chosen, at least for now, to grow autos exclusively, I think this is the place for me. I look forward to learning, and spreading what info I gather here. Nice to meet you all!
