It is people that look at the pics according to IG! Said they don’t use facial recognition they use actual people to review the photos! And that last page I linked lower down on page there’s a spot where u fill out a little form and it goes to IG support! Also says that if u don’t have photos of u on your account they’ll use other info like your initial signup phone, email etc!

The verify without photo doesn't work, as even though I receive the code they send out, it then asks for the 6 digit code from authentication app, which only that mofo has
