If you expect anything like LoTR you will be disappointed, if you like sick twisted hilarity, you will love it.
Not essential to be stoned but it works better when you are.

The Exam. I was stoned watching this movie almost cried laughing at the end. How much trouble can a test be I'll see if u watch. It's on Netflix if you got it look it up its not that long of a movie. And not a low budget film pretty well put together imo.
