The closet looks great, very neat and clean. I like that. I grow in a tent, in my basement and can vent from my grow room to the outside. The tent makes a closed environment and the air can be scrubbed and exhausted from the tent. Since the tent sucks air in no smell gets out unless vented (exhaust) but unless the room air is also vented the hot air will be recurlated into the closed space. You don't need a tent if you can make a closed space within the closet but you will have to exhaust scrubbed (clean) air from the tent. Mustard is right getting the air out of the closet is a must and the vent looks like it belongs.
