So this one will be extremely basic.
I ve setup and I wanted to wire a dimmer. The first picture is the choice of manufacturer. Second one is the one that I can find. I want to use it with a Meanwell driver.

And here is a note from board manufacturer which is triggered me about Ampers.

Once maximum voltage and current are set on the driver, the external dimmer (potentiometer) can now be turned up and down and will not go higher than the master setting – this is how you can safely set the maximum or pre-determined current and/or voltage without exceeding the LED specifications (4.5A on original boards).

Can I use it? And Is it ok to use just wiring the dim holes of driver as paralel to dimmer (pos. to pos. , neg. to neg.)

What matters most is matching voltage. The amps drawn are determined by what is being powered, so any amperage over the minimum is OK. Other than that, make sure any unit matches in terms of putting out AC or DC current over the same range.

The 2nd unit will work OK, puts out the same 1-10 volts, but make sure it matches in terms of outputing DC vs. AC. If connected the same as the recommended unit, it should work the same. [But as with anything electrical, get other input].
