New Grower MY 3

excellent Red eyed c

Thanxx for that useful slice of information. Regarding the chain i thought id need to get a hack saw and cut the chain when adjustments are required. LOL...but yea of course i see what you mean by hooking a link up. Silly me  I will jump on ebay later and get that 500 ml of grow. with the 20/4 im just scared now to leave home and even when im doing my 10 hour shift at work. paranoia has me thinking what if the CFL burns out and my private let is torched. thats why i was thinking of switching to 18/6

Haha jonah. when was the last time you were in scotland ?

Well i just finished renovating my groom and the light is on and i must say im well impressed with my DIY skills

here are some pictures to compliment my thread

The light and reflectors looking sweet, nice job :smokebuds: also I wouldn't worry to much about the light while your out, your not pulling to much wattage and yr fuse box will cut it off is it gets a power surge or any funny business occurs.you could switch your light cycle so your lights out period is when yr at work, less to worry about..lol a hack saw, that's funny :crying: and last time I was in Scotland getting weed was like rocking horse shit, could only get hash and it was nasty too lol

Can't say I've ever been, though I never had a particular reason for visiting. ;)

Liking the closet setup.

A wee update to my grow.

The reflector and the 125w CFL really seems to have made a difference. although i think a 250w CFL or even better a HPS. would obviously encourage a larger yield. However id rather keep electric costs to a minimum. The caramel is short and bushy but looking good. The Pandora has fought back from its void and is looking nice and green, bushy too and just beginning to preflower. i should of keep her away from the other two and kept her under the cool whites. The white-berry is also looking just dandy. a lot taller than the caramel and Pandora. and looking more like a sativa.

I fed the caramel and berry some Bio bizz bloom and that has totally made a huge difference.

Im Hoping that they will be ready for harvest in the 1st weeks on December. I assumed from when i started the grow which was on the 25th of September, that 60+ days on they should be ready by the 25 to the 30th of this month but i cant see that going to happen. so im hoping for the 2nd week of December. Maybe longer for the Pandora. But that would be great. Christmas this year is going to be alcohol free :jump:

Its that time again to update my diary.

A week or so on from my last posting and im getting ever so excited. the berry and caramel are looking good and i really think i may get my oz from each plant. the main cola (if that's what its called) on the caramel looks amazing. i want to chop it down now :p

However im slightly puzzled. Ive been trying not to get carried away with watering as i believe novices like me are prone to over-watering.

Anyway
Ive feed only the white-berry and caramel approx 500ml of water every 4-5 days, followed by 0.5ml of bio bloom in 500ml of water 4-5 days after.

The Pandora isn't showing any sign of buds yet so i gather she is still in a veg cycle. (Actually just after submitting this reply on my thread and looking at the pictures uploaded. the first picture which shows the Pandora appears to be flowering. :dance2:

Here are more than a few pictures. check out the yellowing and orange spots on some leaves. Is this a nutrient deficiency ?

Pandora, they are looking very happy and very healthy:drool:great job with the growing.
Keep it up:bong:
loving all the pics

Well o well its been a long time since my last update.

However i was starting to have serious odor issues with the berry n caramel. Id have got carbon filters but i needed more instruction on where and how to use them. Anyway i still have the Pandora. and im giving her a harvest date for the 1st of december. she really is looking fabulous. for being Almost 70 days old. Hopefully she will give me my highs over the festive break. here are a few pictures of the Pandora and one Taken outside my bedroom window.

Dec 1st harvest date, but isnt today the 2nd of Dec. :rofl:Hahaha. JK. Just a little error, im guessing. Which one is coming down first, they all look like they sttill got some time to fatten up a bit more. :thumbs:How I work my carbon filter: Mine is sitting on the floor on the outside of the tent in the back, hooked the ventilation tubing to it and ran the opening of the other end of the ventilation, to the top of my tent. It just sits there in the tent up towards the top, to get the hot air, and you cant smell a thing. My lady is so shocked how well it works, you can only smell the goodness when you open the tent.

I usually try to keep my head in there, as I am addicted to the smell. Much luck the rest of the way
One Love to you and yours

Looking great. I agree with skylez, looks like it's got some time to go. Great job, good luck.
