Bro just grab yourself a little tube heater they are really cheap and do the job perfect
I think we are so used to red and blue panels we think we need this from cobs. I bet a 2700k cob would veg a hell of a lot better than a pile or royal blue leds. Just a guess but the charts aren't life and death. Plenty of blue, also the other colors not found in most lights like yellow, and green which are both beneficial.
