You should have them under the light now, set it at lower wt to start off so lets say 400w or that and move it up gradually as they get older. Remember to keep the Hps light a good distance from the seedlings roughtly somewhere between 2 and 3 ft so start at 30 inches and work your way down or let the girls grow in to it if they can. Best of luck with your grow.

Look good but a bit leggy, light, within reason, is needed now.

Thanks everyone, another quick pic. I may get another 600 ballast and shade as i reckon 1 is not enough for 12 plants
