Grow Mediums My first grow NL fem serious noob

Hi everyone
I just wanted to post a pic of my first ever attempt at a grow! I didnt get any help or advice just attempted to grow 'off the cuff'.
She is 80 days old today. I have unfortunately nute burned her 3 times, one as a seedling, one in veg and one only a couple of days ago because Im really struggling with feeding her! My ppms should be high but I only gave her 18ml of advanced micro and 18ml of bloom and it gave her some burn! Bucket is 14l added that plus my water ppm of 250 gave me a total of 649ppm! on the positive side the new leaves around the bud sites are lovely and green (with little nute burn..just the other leaves that have)
Im growing under a cfl 300w dual spectrum!
I will try and get a better photo of the bud sites as they are plentiful and starting to look/smell beautiful. Im pretty sure I'll just have to fly by the seat of my pants to get her through to harvest but any input/help/advice would be greatly appreciated!! and can anyone tell how long she might be before harvest?

You have a long way to go so get a handle on that yellowing. One of the pros should be along to help.

Thank you Feenix. I'm really stumped with how to fix the yellowing, she has been light/lime green since seedling really; any suggestions from anyone will be helpful as I really want her to get to the full term! I'm also hoping that she will have enough foliage to get her there as two of the old fan leaves are getting close to completely dying off so I will have to remove them in the next couple of days!
