Drying is a tricky one I usually go a day per humidity example 40% humidity 4 days drying 60% 6 days...... you get the idea. I usually hang the plant or branches as well but this time I am going to chop them all into nugs and put them in the mesh drying rack, it will be interesting to see how it goes this way

Also I have dried at 30% before if it's that low you can usually leave them for 4 days and it does not affect the flavor/smoke you just have to watch them very carefully to make sure they don't over dry.
