I don't have a idea how to do Scrog and what benefits this has?

It's pretty straightforward, you just get a net from a well know online marketplace and pull it taught over the top, this will allow you to work the branches into the net whilst it stretches and keep a nice even canopy which will give you better light penetration. It's basically just LST with a net rather than bending everything all the time, you just keep tucking. It might make your life a bit easier and gives the same benefits of supercropping with less work and risk of branch splitting. There's a ton of info online about it that will give a better guide than I could.

Nice job on the LST looks really good! She is going to be the beauty and the beast lol! I think I am going to let all of my girls naturally this time with very minimal work other than keeping the bottom bud sites cleared out...maybe some leaf tucking or light light LST lol the thought of having a monster like that in my tent scares me!

Thank you.. If i have more than 2 i will not doing LST maybe a litte it's a lot of work. Leaf Tucking is also a great method. I have seen your plants wow....
