Thanks mate, yeah it's been a big learning curve for sure, and I'm looking forward to completing this soon.. they're not far off ..approximately 3 weeks to harvest [emoji41]..

I'm on my 3rd tent and have so far bought various CFL's, including a 300w Dual spec, and 130w Blue spec, various smaller LED bulbs all full spectrum, and 1 x 300w Meihzi LED panel, and a Mars 48 Reflector, not including nutrients and various bits required for the grow. So yeah a worthy investment, however will be relieved in more ways than one when this initial grow is done [emoji16]

I'm just awaiting the arrival of the Meizhi 300w LED grow light, once it's here should be around end of this coming week, I'm planning on placing the 3 Blue Kush plants under that, and the Mars 48 Reflector will be used for vegging 1x Black Domina and 1 x Northern Lights strains (both SensiSeeds).

They are currently under the 130w CFL - LumiiGrow light, Blue spectrum in my smaller tent, and I'll create a separate thread in the coming days.

Dear farmers / supporters

I was pleasantly surprised to hear the indoor flowering period for Dinafem Blue Kush is actually 60 days. Info can be found here: https://www.dinafem.org/en/blue-kush/

This is wonderful news, and means I can harvest my first grow next week. I am elated! So tomorrow the next feed will be the last nutes I give, and then will only feed water.

I'm planning on harvesting on day 63. I don't have a scope, but I can definitely see the buds have really swollen up under the new 300W LED which arrived earlier this week.

I also funnily enough had a gut feeling inside telling me to harvest this plant earlier, as some of the fan leaves have really started yellowing now, and I wondered how these plants would stretch to day 75, which is the outdoor flowering period recommended by Dinafem for this strain.

So all in all this is wonderful news, I'm really looking forward to harvesting in the next week or so, and will provide the wet weight report with pics, once harvested.

I would like to thank everyone for posting in my first grow journal on Autoflower.net and for all the great support and advice.

Hi all


I've now harvested my blue kush, I had to harvest slightly earlier than expected, due to stealth being a priority, but oh well..

Here are all 3 plants inside the cardboard box with temperature and humidity meter, which I then separated into two cardboard boxes for more even drying.

Hopefully in a few days of drying, I will trim the buds, and put them into some mason jars for curing.

Smoke report will follow after around 7-10 days into curing.


I will update with a dry weight report (awaiting digital scales off eBay), but looks around 1 and a half oz? maybe 2 max? Not the biggest haul in the world, but I am hoping for quality bud more than anything else.. as long as it smokes good, Ill be happy!

Quick update guys.. my buds have really shrunk during drying.. they are not completely dry yet ... but looks like quite a dramatic loss..

However they're looking potent and have now jarred them up for cure.

Such a massive difference in colour almost a week later.. wow .[emoji41]

I confess I just tried half a joint and its potent that's for sure [emoji4].. love it.. looking forward to tasting after a few days cure.

Anyway the final product weighed today around 52.4 grams.
