Indoor Narcotic Kush Automatic!

Hi. I soaked my seeds for 36 hrs, and placed in rockwool last Sunday, seed sprouted last Wednesday. it currently day 5 and seed has sprouted it's 2 true leaves and are looking healthy, it's an indica and the leaves are not as dark green as I'd like them to be. they look light green healthy nice. I added 2 ml of gh groflora, BloomFlora, and GH MicroFlora, about ½ what bottle calls for seedlings. I increased and topped off two days ago with 1 ml of each, ½ of what I originally put in 5 gallon bucket. and brought my ppms imidietly back up to EXACTLY what I had to begin with, 328! I wanted to increase the ppms, but I had to wait at least 2 hrs just to try and check the ppms because I had just added the solution, so I figured waiting for it to "mix" in will be a smart choice, and it was, the ppm had increased to 381. closet grow with 400w MH /HPS, 5 Gallon Buck, filled with 3 gallons of water, bringing water lvl to under an inch from bottom of net pot, have a very moist towel wrap around outter edges of lid to increase humidity. I think part of the cotyledon (only one) dried up, as I had a fan blowing on this baby, and the leaf became dry. so I started misting every 4 hrs, and it seems to be growing nicely. any questions/comments are helpful, thanks. This is my first grow, but I've been researching for a few moths now. laters

I DON'T HAVE A PH METER. sry.

day 1above ground: 80 ppm. 2ml of each nute (floramicro, florabloom, and floragrow) keeping light on 20/4.
day 2: 73 ppm. didn't top off. temp: 82°…humidity: 15% did that stunt it (the humidity)?
day 3: 69 ppm. topped off with 1/2 of what I originally put in...2ml's of each nute. temp: 80°....humidity: 15%
day 4: 135 ppm. right in range. two true leaves looking nice. temp: 84°…humidity: 10%
day 5: 122 ppm. constructed a Co2 generator for the light period. temp: 79…Humidity: 15%
day 6: did a Res change. added 3 gallons back to 5 gallon bucket, and brought ppms up to 133. 2ml's of each nute. temp: 80%… humidity: 13%
day 7: 96 ppm. added lemon juice from real lemon to bucket to lower Ph. I used about 6 drops. temp: 79°…humidity: 12%
day 8: topped off with 2ml's of each. 218 ppms. temp: 82%…humidity: 13%
day 9: 180 ppms. temp: 80°…humidity: 14%
day 10: topped off with 2ml's of each nutes, bringing ppms up to 271. temp: 82°…humidity: 13%

Day eleven is tomorrow. tonight I'm gonna check ppms, top off if needed. and threw out the day I will make sure humidity is above 50%. I have a humidity dome over it, with a Rockwool cube in a bag, injected with hot water. bringing humidity up to 90%!!! and temps stayed at 85°…for an hr or two, till I opened my closet door to let cool air in.

BF Hi;.........just wondered,........with the RH as low as 12%,.............what is air temp near RH meter ??................the RH is as low as air that is near freezing fella ??...............is it working properly BF ??............are you in Northern Canada whats your latitude there ??............AB............

Hey man, yea, I live in northern Minisota, just staring to get cold here at nights, we just had a small blizzard. the only way I can get fresh air in is by having my window open. so I just close my closet door with an inch open, to allow fresh ait exchange from fan, and it brings temps up to 80°, even higher sometimes, cause I'm using a 400w MH, so I just open the close door a bit more, then it stays at 75° and Ive been placing a humidity dome over the plant, misting it, then placing a rockwool cube in there, then inject(with syringe) hot water, RW is in a small ziplock like bag, and not touching the plant, just heating the dome up and making it more humid. is this OK, how long can I leave the dome on for, I figured since air pump is pumping fresh humid air in from the bottom of my bucket, it could be left there indefinitely.

well, it week 5, and my babie is only about 4 - 5 inch tall. and starting to grow stems at the "nodes" an it's starting to smell like dank green. will my babie still produce bud? I had my 400w metal halide on it tell yesterday, I put it under a 70w hps. what light should I use. i only have this one plant anf it's only 5 inch TOPS. please help

Hey guys. well, it's been 39 days today and she looks healthy and nice, but small. oh well, atleast I know she will still bud even being this small. check out my video at you tube, it's called....Narcotic Kush Automatic - day 38.....here is the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ubv9CMe31Ng I very had it under a 400 Watt metal halide, but am going to switch to a 70w, yes, a 70w, only bulb I have right now, she's small, so 10,000 lumen is plenty. around 500 ppm "excluding" water, don't know Ph, but I've been adding a few drops of lemon juice to lower it. the ppms are staying at 500, they have even went up since I last did a Res change, I heard if the ppms don't decrease, it is "nutrient lockout". my plant is still growing, slowly, what am I doing wrong....I'm using GH FLORA series nutes. (micro, grow, and bloom) last Res change, last Tuesday, I added 8ml micro, 11ml grow, and 5ml bloom. will using a hps be better than metal halide? I think it going into flowering within the next week. so I'm just using my hps 70w, she's doing good. keep check-in in, harvest is approximately Nov 25. could be longer, seedbank claims it only last 55-60 days. let's hope so, I want it done soon, Lol. thanks for stopin by. check my video out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ubv9CMe31Ng

In the New Grower's forum, there are dedicated mods and assistants that are approved by AFN to offer patient, sound assistance.
