I'm having some spot trouble with my super skunk auto. I feed both plants from the same half gallon jug. I try not to over-feed them, I use 6 ml veg nutes and 3 ml of root stimulator. The AK49 seems to be doing fine. I usually water every three to five days. Today is day 25 for my girls, almost into week 4. I'd greatly appreciate any advice you guys might have. You guys have always come through for me so I'm sure you won't let me down. Thanks in advance! The spotty one is the super skunk!

Do you check your ph in an out and if so what are they? Reason I ask is there is a lower leaf there looks a little twisted-up which is a ph issue most of the time.

Are you checking your PH? Looks like a bit of a PH problem.Have you used any cal-mag?

The older twisted leaves did have a ph problem, I calibrated my ph reader and fixed the problem. Now this problem has occurred. I usually set my ph at 6.3-6.5 going in. I never tested the ph coming out. I also never tried or used cal-mag. Do I need to calibrate ph at every feeding?

You should be using cal/mag at every feeding. You can also use molasses that contains calcium and magniesium. You should adjust your PH at every watering

What's with the cal-mag? Are the plants usually cal-mag deficient during veg stage?

The plants get deficient when your ph is out of range. That is normal. You do need to make sure your pin is calibrated, I normally drop mine in 7.0 before I starting measuring my nutes just to make sure it is spot on. You also need to test your runoff coming out, that is the quickest way to see if your soil ph is beginning to swing out. If you can catch it earlier you can save yourself the headaches of having to overcome deficiencies.

Still new enough to not have a solid answer for you, sorry. However, I have had to use it on the three I am growing now. Made a nice difference.
It seems the auto-flowering plants are sensitive to nutrients, pH, and need addition of cal-mag.
Peace and happy growing!!

I think your over feeding..Flush with a gallon of disfield water, then wait a few hour get another gallon use 1-or-2-Drops of Supertrive..and let it dry out for 24-hours with the Supertrive. Use just water..Remember auto plant does not need much nutrient like other plants..I usually wait 3-weeks after seed sprout to start my first feed and I maybe feed one other time and after that Disfield water for the remaining couple weeks.. :smokebuds:
