Grow Mediums Need help about my grow space

Hi there no .Your base water is 80ppm (which is very good) use Cal-mag to get it to 150ppm to start. you could practice if you like fill bucket with tap water and add mls of calmag until the desired 150ppm or slightly over is reached. you will also need to wait at least 24 hours before using chlorinated town water bro ;)

Also you will need to find out if your city water supply is using chlorine or chloramine, Chloramines are not as effective and do not dissipate as easily as chlorine. Chloramines are difficult to remove and cannot be removed by boiling, distilling, standing uncovered or by some reverse osmosis filters. The disinfection byproducts of chloramines (iodoacids) are more toxic than chlorine. Chloramine vapors can accumulate in indoor air (small areas, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.). just check online at your local water dept. to check the quality of the water and which they use. :)

Thanks for the info @IndicalVoz ((; just make a little research about local water and I'm really impressed number of things in water lol(((; it's chlorine btw (5.0 milligrams per litre) they also add Fluoride.

Hi, Your setup look good. If you're running DWC, it depends on the efficiency of the LED so I can't really help but with a 400w hps, I would only put one auto because it might get a bit overcrowded. I'd start 2 seeds or more and then select the best one and she'd fill the whole space easily.
take care

Nice one ;) see and now youve some gained insight and control also because you know some of the things its made up of . ;)
since most of it is made up of calcium bicarbonate we say now we add in the rest to make it suitable for growing. up to 150ppms with calmag however since we dont know what to add yet anyway we wait for the chlorine to evaporate, sorry 'dissipate' another common confusion ,to lower the ppms once again my bet is your ppms will land on around 60ppm when done which is a great base. ;)
