That old and easy feeling.
I am almost 2 weeks into my first grow. Currently with 5 Autos in 3 gal pots. 3 are almost 2 weeks old while 2 are 4 days. 1 seedling may not make it or I may just pull it to make more room as it is very small. (She was born without a head) lol. Seriously, it was just a stalk with no cotyledons but 2 small leaves are growing.
Currently I am using a Mars Hydro 96x3 Reflector LED. I also have an Advanced Spectrum Max 270W 90x3 but I took it out of my tent (2'x4'x5') as the fan exhaust from the light was creating too high of temps to about 90-91 degrees! Now without it, the temp with just the Mars Hydro is at 76F. I also have not heard anything good about this light. (It came as a package deal from growace.)
I am thinking I want/need more light. Should I go with a Mars Hydro 48x3, another 96x3 (which would be a tight fit in by 4' wide tent) or should I just use the current 96x3 and supplement with CFL's?
I hope that you Grow Guru's can help a newby out.
