Indoor Need Help on a DWC Photo Set-up

Hi, major newjack here. I have this DWC going under CFLs for when my Autos finish in 40 days. I need my timing to be perfect. These will be moved under a 600 HPS at that time (40days) to flower and finish. Should I start a scrog now or is it too soon? Do I need to send them into flowering first? I'm pretty confident they will all be girls. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Picture taken today. They are roughly a month old.
