I grow in straight coco (2 gallon and 5 gallon airpots)and I feed daily starting from day 1.
Start off as @Waira suggested with 1/2-1/4 strength depending on your nutes.
Do you plan on using the 16oz for the entire grow?
If so you may want to consider a drip system.
