Hehe, I suppose I should have mentioned that, my bad. Here, as long as you don't yell at people, start fights, or generally act like a jackass, you can sit around in public and drink as much as you want. I was at the train station in Munich at noon about a week ago and men and women(yes, even poshy women with a revolting amount of makeup on), young and old, black and white, all sit around in public and drink. Normally there's a 19% sales tax on everything here except for basic staple foods like eggs, flour, sugar, etc. which are taxed with 7%. In Bavaria, beer is only taxed with 7%. I'm not kidding, beer is taxed like a staple food down there.
I don't want to go into details, but like I said, beer is not a safety hazard in my grow situation. Then again, I'm not doing big numbers. If I had a patch with 60 or 70 plants I'd definately handle the situation differently. Here the penalties aren't as harsh as in the US, but Germany isn't as liberal as Canada (I grew up in the geographical middle of BC). I wish it was like in Holland where you can grow 5 plants for personal use and as long as the neighbours aren't bothered by the smell, no one will do anything about it.
