rockwool should be ph'd over night at a few points lower than needed before use

you check ph after nuted should be around 5.8 give or take 0.2

tour using 3 part mate to complicated for me ive only used 1 or 2 part

i dont know mate id keep adding it until my meter said it was right

Take a look at the nutrients you have and with that you mix up so that you do not exceed any max value--or-- they sell the stuff premixed.

PS you can run ph water at first .

I got my water at a PH of 5.6 down from 7.8 with lemon juice. Now im trying to figure out my micro which is advanced nutrients jungle juice micro. it says 33ml based on 25 gallons but im only using 6 gallons. so im trying to figure out what 1/4 strength would be

you really want a 1/4 dose of both I'll explain this as i get asked so many times and explain it in simple terms

for an example every one on here agrees biobizz light mix is fine for seedlings (insert any light mix brand here)
Soil mix for seedlings: (generic seedling compost)

100-250 mg/l N
100-250 mg/l P
150-350 mg/l K

Rock wool
is 0-0-0

so in hydro you need to add grow/bloom/micro to have a similar base which is normally 1/4 dose
