Hey guys just looking for some help. Started off some autoflowering seeds germinate them and pot I'm in pots with perlite and organic blood and bone soil about 2 or so weeks now and they are very slow growers any tips would be helpful thanks
How about posting some pictures so we can see what is going on. If the soil was not well cooked it could have been too hot for them to start.
How about stopping by introductions and tell folks a little about yourself. You may also want to start a journal in New Growers so folks can help you along the way
Are they looking healthy otherwise? How often are you watering them? Excessive watering is one of the most common problems.
A lot of guess work could be avoided with a picture, so please provide one if possible.
Welcome to AFN derd! As oldster said go on over to the intro section and say hello! :hugs: again welcome to AFN, we will help sort your troubles out and get you to a dank harvest! We just need a little more info, what type of lighting are you using? The soil recipe sounds a little hot to me for a new born auto... They just may be stalling getting use to their new home.... Have you give them any nutes yet? A general rule of thumb with autos is start them off in a medium with little to no nutes and don't start nutes with them for the first few weeks and when you do start off very light lIke 1/4 of reccomended dose.... :karma Cloud: on your grow man! What strains if you don't mind me asking?
:Sharing One:
Hey mate, NSW here. The soil level looks very low, and if your growing outdoors in the WA sun, phew !!! There is little or no airflow for the little ones and those black pots will superheat the surrounding air inside the pot. Imagine sitting in a 4ft hole lined with black plastic in the middle of the day. More to the point however, when you say "blood & bone soil" + perlite, do you mean a soil/compost with blood n bone + perlite added ? If it's pure blood n bone + perline only as your mix, thats not gonna be very good.
Hi Der, I think they are stunted because your soil was to hot. Autos do best if stated with little to no nutes in the soil for the first few weeks. I would give them another week to see if they grow out of it but I think you are going to need to start over
