Was only able to get promix HP.dint had nothing.

Gonna use calmag and the flora série from general hydro

Here’s my latest Pro-Mix HP harvest with GH Flora nutes: https://www.autoflower.org/threads/...x-hlg-135w-v2-quantum-board-leds.83802/page-6

It’s a fantastic medium :D

I start feeding in Pro-Mix HP around 7-10 days from sprouting. This is as recommended by the manufacturer.

Careful with the Cal-mag as the Pro-Mix is buffered with dolomite lime which provides a source of CalMag anyhow. If your tapwater is hard at all I wouldn’t bother supplementing extra. I use it in low amounts as my water is very soft, and it’s part of the 6 and 10 part GH Flora charts which I follow in their entirety, scaled to 550ppm or so from week 3 onward, gradually working my up to it.

The peat will hold onto nutes a bit though, so I typically give two plain waterings between feeds. Everything pH’ed to 6.3. Always to 10-20% runoff. Also, don’t be afraid of overwatering Pro-Mix HP. It’s not an easy thing to do. You can safely water it every 48 hours — once the top turns lighter brown. Don’t wait for it to dry out knuckle deep or anything. This is not soil. It’s a high porosity soilless mix. Dem roots will get oxygen.:bighug:

Happy growing :D

Am I good still with the cal if I only use the 3 part??

Do you know the ppm of your water without nutes? Personally, I’d be inclined to just use the trio and if the plants start to show CalMag issues, maybe then supplement. Between the dolomite and the CalMag already in Flora Micro, you’re probably okay.

If you do use it, I definitely wouldn’t exceed the amount on the updated “light” charts, which is only 1.8mL/gal.

Yeah, I'd go without calmag to start.

FloraMicro has enough Ca (compared to the K in Gro and Bloom) that you should be fine without calmag even with RO or soft water. If you have hard water, or the lime in the pro-mix becomes an issue, then you may need to provide additional K instead. If so, you can try increasing the amount of FloraBloom to compensate.

Note that the bottles may have a shortened feed schedule on them, but we're referring to the detailed feed charts on the website:
