Hey guys.Was graciously blessed with some cool beans from an awesome buddy, Got a new strain I’ve never heard of it. I don’t really know anything about it, except its an auto flower and called Purple Fruit Basket. Oh, and they are Regular seeds. Not fem. So, Ill have to really watch for some nanners.
They are not in soil yet. Still germing in the paper towels.

Set-up:

Soils/perlite:
Black and gold organic soil 0.05-0.00 0.00
Dr.Earths Organic Pot Of Gold ?-?-?
Black and Gold Perlite
Nutes/water:
Fish Emuslsion
Liquid Kelp Fert
Organic Molassess
Dr Earths Bud and Bloom 4-10-7
Aerated Tap water(left for 24hrs minimum before use
Pots:
1 Gallon pots with a 32 ounce cup cut in half on top of the 1 gal.
Lights:
180W MarsHydro UFO LED (100wat actuall draw) and a 300watt (150 actual watts) mars hydro panel getting added later on.

Grow space:4feet tall 4feet wide 2 feet depth.
Fan/Carbon filter:Ventech 4inch inline + Carbon filter combo. (Waiting for in mail.) Currently hooked up to a 6 inch inline no filter.Also a ventech. Oh and a ventech speed controller is also coming in the mail.

So, Im starting off with 2 of these as a tester. Would be nice for them both to turn female, but if I got 1 and 1 then thats ok.
I setup their soil a little different this time around. I have the some bottomless cups with plain BG organic soil on top of the filled 1 gallon pots. The 1 gallon pots top half, is filled with BG organic soil/25%perlite/fist full of Dr earths as a complimentary touch. Then the bottom half is fill with Drearths/25% perlite.

Since I went this route. I probably wont have to feed as much N since the DrEarths has some N in it. Ill just start real light on the fish when its time.

I have the seeds in wet paper towels in between plates as usual.

Seeds were just planted into their pots, as the seed shells finally cracked on both. The tap root was barely popping out. (not trully popping out) Out enough to see it coming out of that seed shell.

Now begins the wait for them to push out and stretch above the soil.:Grow & Show..:

My new ventech can+carbon filter combo came in today. Came to fast lol. I didnt think it was going to take one day to get here. Going to have to go and get my ducting for it tomorrow or something.

Day 1 is official.
Took these pics yesterday after noon.
They are both fully upright as of right now and are working on shooting those single finger leaves out.

Temp is @ 77F atm
RH% is at 39%

it very well may happen this coming year sometime. the EC got kinda sidetracked cuz they got stupid busy I guess,but there still going,would still be worth it to go see em imo.tell em I sent ya n ya wanna help out.still aint heard anything,but I figure next year ill do one myself n get a room so I can meditate in peace LOL! then I can saunter on over to the herb gathering n see how the land lays man lol Thanks!:Sharing One:

Yea man, that sucks about this year. Sure it would have been a blast.
Next year would be sick for sure. Wont be making it out there myself either this year. Got a few things I need to put my money into.
Dude, thats a really good idea bro. Your definitely going to want to meditate in peace amidst the chaos haha. Its a good kind of chaos, but chaos has a tendency to be some what chaotic by nature.
