Family and friends are what it's all about my friend. I took a toke in your honor. Did you have the requisite turkey dinner? I had all sorts of challenges. My oven is out so I borrowed a neighbors which has a f'ed up thermostat. I cooked a 9 Lb turkey breast in an hour and fifty min. when I was expecting 3 hours. It worked out fine. I think the secret is brineing it.
