New Grower new grow Dr feelgood, part 2 or 3 time is a charm

Wish you luck with your job and next grow. It is the painful mistakes that we make, that help us to become better growers. DFG is a good strain but not for beginners.

Amen dingo, so I have learned. I'm glad though becuase I do feel that I learned alot from this grow.

Day 107
just the latest pics she is still going, I think we are at 107 days ( give or take a day )its hard to tell if the leaves are dying because I killed so many of them but the top and the bottom seem the be pretty green.

Day 115
Just the latest pics, still chugging along. I'm very surprised that the plant is still going but I guess Ill just keep doing what Im doing. My only question is do I keep feeding nutes untill i see signs of the yellowing of the upper leaves ( I say upper leaves becuase of the amount of varrying dead leaves from ph issues I already have, the top leaves are still vary green ) or given the age of the plant, should I start to give plain water? photo (7).JPG1df03.jpg

and il tell you Crossman this is best guide to follow check the week your in with what it ssays here and go from there ....i hope that helps...she looks like she is going to be tasty...:foxy:

Crossman, wow Brother. It's been a roller coaster ride, huh? :karma Cloud:
What are your trichs looking like now? And how much/how often are you watering? I'm going through your grow right now, as I'm sure others are.
The leaves will tell you a lot about how much giddy-up is left in your gal, the trichs will give you an idea on the high.

If you've got them time, let her run.. if you don't, well... chalk up the losses.. I'd start a new set of beans or bean if I were you though my friend. Honestly if I was in the situation - I would be flushing right now and preparing to chop her regardless of pistils. Pistils aren't a great indicator of harvest time just an indicator that the plant is still accepting pollen and expecting to reproduce. I've had strains push pistils until harvest.

I edited your 115 day posts to remove two pictures. I've contacted you via PM as to why my friend.

Thanks for the replies folks. Im in no hurry but Im just going to start flushing and harvest soon. Im still watering about every three days. Havent even really looked at the trics, been looking more at the leaves. I guess we are at about 125 days at this point.

( Planning a auto assassin grow next, hope it goes a little easier )

:karma Cloud: for you and your new beans, crossman.
BTW, I saw when you started this grow that you "layered" your soil types. I'm sure opinions abound on this, but IMHO layers are a bad thing.
They can catch salts, divert water, and create oxygen poor conditions in your root zone.
When you do chop, maybe you could check to see if you have a black layer between you mixes?
:peace:
