I would check really closely for bugs. Not saying you have them. Be nice to rule that out though

I would take it easy and not do anything for a day or two. Have to understand these plants would grow big and tall with just water. It's exciting, just give them some space and see how they do for now

I don't have any bugs , I have the same medium for my other plant and I don't have any spots on that.

I did water them last night, but I plan on giving them 2-3 days of nothing. Checked just now, they are growing a new set of leaves. I thought I had a good first week of growth. Will see after this week if they are okay.

Just give them ph'd water for the next 2-3 weeks. If you have given them any nutrients up to this point they are not sucking them up and every time you add more it just increases the nutrients in the soil. You will lock out the plant and it will not absorb anything at that point. You really need to hold off on feeding till the plant has multiple sets of leaves and even then 10-20% the recommended only. It's like feeding a newborn a T-bone steak. They don't want it.

When do you start trying down fan leaves?

I think it may be the time for me to start trying some down.

Also thinking about the nutrients I'll be using. Currently I own general hydroponics. What are some other nutrient lines out there? Any guided more for auto flowers? I wouldn't mind picking something up. I also do want to buy some root stimulator for next time. Any good root nutrients?

I'm Under the impression all nutrients are basically the same but I figure I ask

Those bottles will last a long time. I get those brown spots on a couple leaves on about 1/3 time under my cms 315 but not under my hps same strains. I think it might have to do with iron or copper not being taking into the fans properly I add 1/4 teaspoon epson salt per gal. and 1/2 strength of any calmag and mild strength of a silica. I think the mag helps the other minerals travel thru the plant. I'm not sure why but it always takes care of the problem for me. Note when I do this I always add this to my water first and let it rest for a couple hours silica will really make your ph go up so always check. GH was bought by evil monsanto but there is alot of good info with test grows if you look around afn
