Sm0 got me thinking how I should mix my nutes in his Thread. I'm using general hydroponics and I added all 3 nutrients equally, 10 drops of each actually, really light feed. Should I add less of the bloom? Or none of the bloom if that's even possible?

I've never grown in pro mix, but it is mostly peat. I believe they put just enough nutes and buffer in to get you going.
Wondering when I should add nutes and how to do it properly

Is pro mix an inert medium? I am honestly not familiar with it. I use Coco and I start at about 500 ppm total that is with 2ml of calmag per gallon. Then work my way up to 800 ppm if you get a little nute burn dial it down notch and work your way back up. I have a schedule that I took from someone, but I use it more as a guide than the gospel. A lot of what you will need to due is based on environment and strain. I know it is probably not the perfect answer you were looking for, but that is all I got. I am not an expert by any means this is just what I have learned from trial and error.
Yes your correct
Just give them ph'd water for the next 2-3 weeks. If you have given them any nutrients up to this point they are not sucking them up and every time you add more it just increases the nutrients in the soil. You will lock out the plant and it will not absorb anything at that point. You really need to hold off on feeding till the plant has multiple sets of leaves and even then 10-20% the recommended only. It's like feeding a newborn a T-bone steak. They don't want it.
@BigSm0 have you grown in pro mix, I believe the OP is getting the pH correct. But, wouldn't this be time water to run off and feed every time?

I watered around the plant until I got some run off. 24 hours later I noticed the plant being wilted. I've been moving the soil by pressing the sides of the air pot.

I did give this plant a small first dose of nutes, not seeing a nute problem but I shouldn't leave anything out.

I'm so angry this happened. I didn't even give it that much water....argh!

I have a fan on them 10 hours a day about, to air the pots out even more...

Why are you moving the soil around? Not trying to sound smart or rhetorical just curious. I dont know that they need a fan directly on them or the pots either. My fan is just above the canopy to circulate air, the fan is not directly on any plant. I don't know if these things are causing your problems, but they don't seem necessary.

I grow in promix and always water till run off. Actually I over water to run off. Never ever seen this happen. What I did was added extra perlite and over watered a single plant. No issues at all, so next time I reduced the amount of perlite till there was no additional and still no issues. I find it tough to do in promix, since I have grown well over 10 crops and always water heavy

I moved the soil by pushing the sides of the pots. I did this so some of the soil gets aired out.

I'll underwater from here on out I don't know @big sm0

Will this plant recover?

Sure it will. I haven't seen many dead plants unless it's way to much fertilizer. It was putting on size I see

And I'm doing the fan/moving soil because my plant looks like it's on life support. I'm trying to help it. 3 days it's looked like this...it's not getting better...

Either it perks up or the leaves start drying out...I don't even know what is going to happen. Soil is damp still so no need for water

10- 11 inches man. I thought I was headed on the right path. Funny how I watered them ok until now, lesson learned I hope
