Personally, I would follow the directions on the bottle, using 1/4 recommended dose. You'll be fine broSadly today I have to give them nutes. So if no answers are provided I'm going to have to do some experimenting. Can't find anywhere where people are using this for auto flowers in promix soil. Closest I came to was a hydro medium.
I can simply follow the directions for week 3 feed, and just mix 1/4 strength. Or experiment and give more of the veg then the bloom. I'll just have to monitor and post pictures daily to see how she does.
My p.h will remain roughly 6.4 as it's doing a great job so far

Is pro mix an inert medium? I am honestly not familiar with it. I use Coco and I start at about 500 ppm total that is with 2ml of calmag per gallon. Then work my way up to 800 ppm if you get a little nute burn dial it down notch and work your way back up. I have a schedule that I took from someone, but I use it more as a guide than the gospel. A lot of what you will need to due is based on environment and strain. I know it is probably not the perfect answer you were looking for, but that is all I got. I am not an expert by any means this is just what I have learned from trial and error.Would you add any calmag? Couple drops?
What signs point to the plant needing calmag?
