New Grower New grower - Nirvana NL Auto - CFLs

A couple days ago I plucked some popcorn buds off and allowed them to dry. All I can say is WOW! This bud in it's early stages is so utilitarian I was amazed. The head high prompted me to started doing chores around the house... Like taking the garbage out, unloading the dishwasher, blowing leaves off the patio etc etc... I loved the high from it but I need more yield and the ladies have quite a while longer to go. The smell of the buds is maturing into a fruiter aroma as well. The outside girl is still massive and has almost stopped vertical growth around 4ft. Still has absolutely no smell whatsoever. I have kept up with the usual FF trio feedings including a tablespoon of unsulfered molasses. Trich formation is picking up speed on the indoor ladies and have some yellowing along the perimeter of some lower fan leaves. Looking to harvest early to mid November. Gonna let them go as long as possible. Full steam ahead!

Right on ! Right on ! I started with the NL and I just got 56g dried trimmed in the jar curing weight, I am tickled pink, and I think I could have let them go more, you seem to have a better grasp than I did starting out so hopefully you can get that much or more. Good Vibes your way Looking good. :peace:

56g on your first grow is great! Thanks for stopping by Willy!

My bigger NL is just packing on weight. Its looks like it is one huge cola with large satellite buds all around. One more week of feeding and the 2 weeks of flush. These pics are at 61 days. uploadfromtaptalk1382447321307.jpgView attachment 286760

Here are some pics of the outside girl. She is starting to build buds. She is also 61 days old in these pics. This plant has been doing extremely well outside. It has been on the same nute schedule as my tent plants but it gets a whole gallon of water since it is in a 5g bucket. The main cola is going to be massive. Besides having to pick off a couple caterpillars day to day, there has been no issue with pests.

Well it was actually my second grow. But still with the help of AFN I was thrilled with my results. Your tent girl is looking good to me and this is just my humble opinion but I kept thinking mine was almost done and she just kept adding it on. Here she was at day 101 chopped. That plant outside just looks bad azz to me I can imagine that should be nice. I will try to keep looking in. Good Grow :peace: Only adding pics for comparison hope it helps. And yours looks like it is growing better than the one in this pic. So get 80g lol you can do it. :yay:

Thanks for sharing Willy! They are starting to get some orange hairs but still have a bunch of white on them. I am out of town but will throw up some update pics when I get back. Stay tuned! Peace

Update: The indoor ladies are starting to get more brown pistols but are nowhere near done. Tons of thick white pistols still and trichs continue to build.

On my smallest girl I chopped some lower popcorn branches off to experiment with drying and curing. While I was at it I cut every large fan leaf off. There is nothing but bud and sugar leaves left for the remaining few weeks.

I will be out of town early November so the earliest chop will be mid Nov. They may need even longer. I have switched to only water and molasses until then and molasses only until the last week.

Meanwhile the outside girl is packing on buds and trichs. Even is giving off and smell. When I touch the buds it smells of lemon. Hoping for a couple zips off this lady.

Spider mites!! I was examining some yellowing under fan leaves and found an infestation of spider mites. They are worse on the plant I gave my in-laws that they brought back. I have found them on all plants in my tent. I will be harvesting the 3 NL immediately and treating the photos with neem oil to hopefully kill remaining mites. I have since trimmed off all the infected fan leaves. Hopefully the photos will be okay after treating. Ugh!!!!! WTF !!!!!!!
