Hey folks!

I'm new to autoflowers and I have some past experience growing.

My strain is Blue Himalaya by Short Stuff Seeds and I'm in the middle of converting a long/skinny table into a stealth grow cabinet.

I'm estimating my starting time to be 2 weeks from now, I still have a lot of work to do:

  • Water tight drip container,
  • building LED lights,
  • LED Drivers,
  • Building control panel
  • Installing and wiring Buttons,
  • H/T sensors,
  • wires, more wires,
  • some more switches,
  • Arduino microprocessor.

I'm very poor, so money is tight, I make what I have to, create what I can. I love this aspect of design.

This is my Cabinet. It used to be a table.

At first I was hoping for a fully programmable hydro cabinet, but I've toned down my goals, immensely.

Here is the installed DC power supply. It's a computer PS, but since everything runs on DC, this will simplify my wiring.

i'm just saying "hello! Look at me!" so I don't have any questions, but I love advice, if anyone has any suggestions, I'll consider them.

thank you all for providing this message board!

Hey SoggerMom, welcome to AFN :styles rasta:

My 1st grow was short stuff BH and I love a good stealth grow so I'm going to be watching with interest.

Good luck :)

My plans are to have this grow cabinet fully operational so I can sell it or give it away to a friend.

The 200watt LED will be

100 @ 1watt Cool White(5500-7000K) 100-120lm 3.2volt (running off the 5v line)
10 @ 10watt Warm White (
3000-3200K) 800-1000lm (running off the 12v line)

[h=1]I hope this is enough light for a 120cm x 35.5cm tank[/h]

Do you have a link to that grow? I would be very happy to read through it. I'm sure I will learn a lot as I have 0 experience with it.

Thanks Weedman!

I have an intense imagination. It gets me into trouble.

I have pages and pages of notes, ideas, and concepts. Many do not make it off the page, but I love watching ideas evolve.

Welcome sogger mom :slap:

Hey hey! Wish u a good time growing soggermom. :)

Today I am trying to build a shallow plexiglass box for the bottom for the pots to drain into. I have poor tools, so It's really hard. Ever try to cut plexiglass with a hack saw?
