New grower with possible issues

Ok guys Advanced seeds auto AK almost 4 weeks old fed nothing but water until two days ago gave her 1.5ml of grow in 2L of water just to see how she would react and I wake up to this today.

Pretty sure she's telling me she needs more so I just mixed:
Bio Bizz Grow 1.5ml p/l
Bio Bizz 1ml Bloom p/l

As she she be going into veg/flower now

Temps range from 25c to 31c through the day.

Can anyone help before I feed her and maybe screw the whole thing up haha I've got a 20 day old star dawg next to her going like a trooper.
