I assume planting direct into soil is the slowest way to germinate? Been in for roughly 48hrs now, what would be an average before seedling pops? I'm guessing 3 - 5 days?

Thats about how long mine would take but I now use the paper towel method just because I like to watch things happen. Since your only doing one at a time you will have a couple months to look around the site to see which method you want to try next. Or just dropping them in the soil works good too.

Was just gonna try keeping it simple for first go, then like you said learn from this site! So much info it's crazy, and good people to!

Hey pal,

don't fret about the germ......the clock only starts to tick from the day they germ, I also prefer the paper towel method, but straight into soil is also cool.
