Okay

you got a grow log going! Sweet!
I wouldn't say your profile picture looks stretched, although it does look about 2 days old hehe.
Lets get you rolling with some info and hopefully we can turn that seedling into some smoke over the next 10 weeks odd!
Soil - any old compost is a bit of a risk, do you have a grow shop or garden centre near you? If you got a grow shop, maybe pick up some biobizz light mix. If a garden centre, try and get some John Innes number 1 seedling mix. You don't really want a soil with too many nutes as autos burn easy when they're little. If possible, mix in a good amount of perlite (about a third to be cautious) with the soil to make it airy and light for the roots to penetrate.
The pot - get yourself a pot that will be good from start to finish. I use about 9 litre pots. You should start your seed in that pot as autos don't like being transplanted too much (or its a risk if you're not a seasoned transplanter)
The seedling - aww it's only little, get yourself a litre and a half of coke, pour it down the drain (it's bad for you), cut the top off about 5 inches down from the lid, take off the lid, and pop it over your seedling. Keep the little one warm and add a bit of humidity for it to grow in.
The light- Get the cfl about 2 feet above for now (I'm presuming its a big mutha like mine and not a tiny house bulb), as you get a few leaves going on you'll want to lower it - eventually you'll want to be a few inches from the top with a fan blowing across the light.
Watering - about half a glass full every other day (for now - the bigger the plant the more you need to water) Make sure your PH is around the 6.2 - 6.5 mark. No nutes needed for now, just water at the right PH. It's good practice to pick up the pot when you've watered - see how heavy it is? When it needs watering, you'll see how light it is!!
You only need a little water around the base of the plant, don't soak it or you'll drown it and the Leaves will start to droop, don't let it dry out too much or she'll de-hydrate and (guess what) the leaves will start to droop.
Try that out for now and see if we can get some growth going over the next few days.
** these are my opinions and I won't be offended if others want to chime in with slightly different views**
