Mine is about 4 days old! Are you growing outdoors?


Sent email and they charge for soil shipping. Might look into it for next year. Have you ordered from them? About $20 a bag?

That's awesome! When I started I took promix mixed with store bought manure, some perlite and a mix of all purpose organic fertilizer... Let it compost for a couple months and bingo worked great. I didn't completely fail any way. I was able to seed a plant out.
Not that it was bad soil, but harsh environment. Before I was using bottled nuts..... So the soil made the difference. I feel anyway....

Were you able to use water only?

I'm hoping to NOT FAIL completely on my first try, lol

I watered a couple times but they were in holes in the ground and stayed wet snuff. But I still use the same method. I just mix the amendments my self. The premixed ones are good the test them so you know what levels are in them. I think you will be really happy. Hop over to the organic section and check out some peoples recipes....
