As long as you know the current Ma voltage and frequency (hz) which I beleive most drivers will operate at any frequency as all it is is a simple bridge rectifier with filters ect. Google the driver number and match the parameters with like for like. And like someone else said make sure you have the same connectors or you will need crimps for good solid connections with small gauge wiring and will be a pain. The current is the most important part as you can under or overrun the leds and not get proper luminous flux. ( there is usually a band which leds run their most efficient and if current is out of this band they can overheat or not put out the amount of light you want.
