New Grower New think different grow

Ok I'm gonna do the best I can for a grow log. I just put The beans in a shot glass yesterday around 3:30pm. I'm running 4-3 gallon smart pots under a 400HPS. For the first 5 weeks Im going to keep them under a 12 cfl bulb fixture I made. Starting them off in red solo cups, and I tier them into the 3 gallon smart pots. Water will all be oxygenated with and airstone and pump

Soil

is Promix with some kelp bone and blood meal, worm castings, epsom salts and overkill on the perlite, put about another 1/2-3/4 than what it says to. I dont have a big cab built yet so I just hang a light over them in the middle of a room for now, I know I'll waste alot of light but theres not much I can do about it due to budget issues. Now just waiting for my beans to show their tails

Also using fox farm trio, I also have cal/mag. 7.0 fluid for my digital ph pen.

Ok, its been less than 24 hrs before I dropped the 4 beans into a shot glass and covered it with another cup. For some reason whenever I let the beans float they norm germ, wierd. As you can see I have 4 out of 4, I like that germ rate! I got my cups ready to go, using red solo cups, the inside cup the bottom is cut out, the outer cup just has drain holes. I do this so when I use the tier method into the 3 gal smart pots. Just lift the inside cup out when its time, and no root damage or shock......So now Im gonna put the beans in their solo cups and wait for the heads to poke out.

Is it 2 sets of leafs then transplant? And Im not giving her anything for the first couple of weeks than PH'd water. I cant remember what I read on here but someone said that they are very eager eaters and at the beginning they cant get enough of Something, cant remember what, Does anyone know

I would not let them go to long before I did my white widows roots were coming out the holes of a 12 in. Pot at twenty days. The taps grow fast on autos . Don't know much about think different . Someone should know. Peace!!!

OK, THIS WAS REALY WIERD. I PUT 4 BEANS IN A SHOT GLASS, THEY ALL POPPED, PUT THEM IN SOLO CUPS, 2 CAME UP AND IS DOING GREAT AND 2 SHRIVELED UP AND DIED AS SOON AS THEY BROKE THROUGH THE SOIL. SO NOW I WENT AND DROPPED ANOTHER 2 BECAUSE I WANTED A 4 PLANT GROW, THEY BOTH POPPED AND PUT THEM BOTH IN THE SOLO CUPS TODAY, I'LL PUT SOME PICS UP LATER. rIGHT NOW THEY ARE UNDER A HOMEADE 12 BULB CFL FIXTURE, SOON AS THEY GET THEIR SECOND SET OF LEAFS I'LL BE TRANSPLANTING INTO 3 GALLON SMART POTS

They wil be fine for the first two to three weeks on water, next time try planting straight into final pots. as transplanting can shock them for a few days. Good luck with the rest of the grow. and No need to SHOUT..
