Hello all!
I have been lurking and learning on AFN for a little while now and felt I should be polite and say hello!
A little while ago I was growing photo's from clone but for various reason hung up my "tools", I was growing for profit and the love of growing the plant, but felt I needed to go legit.
In the interim I met my wife, lost my self in pursuit of a career, started a business, and had the business go tits up due to a cocaine addicted business partner who relapsed spectacularly. Just after our wedding my wife was diagnosed with an obscure but sporadically intensly painful orthopaedic condition. After my wife was prescribed various, increasingly powerful painkillers, most of which had an adverse effect on her mental state, resulting ulitmately in her being prescribed anti depressants which clashed with the tramadol with which she was being medicated. At this point I began to fear for her sanity as she was not herself and was experiencing wild violent mood swings, and was eating the blue tablets like sweets as the pain was becoming unbearable. I went and got her stoned, with remarkable results. So a few months downt he line and an oepration later she is still medicating with cannabis infused olive oil and space cakes and the occasional spliff, but I found that the supply and quality of the green on the market in our home town is erratic to say the least.
after much talking and weighing upo the pro's and cons I have picked up my tools again and we are currently the proud "mum and dad" of four cheese automatic plants who are exploding with growth. I can say that if I hadn't foudn this site I probably would have burnt them irreparably as I have no experience with autos (I remember seeing some a long time ago and not being impressed with them at all, nice to see how things have improved!). So thanks to Muddy and all the others who have helped all the novices, as they have withotu realising it help my wife and I!
Thanks to you all, I will be on and off here regularly as I am now truly sold on autos, and once I have a few grows behind me I think I will be looking to breed a strain so will be mining this site for info regarding that, plus if anyone has any pointers as to other sites or info resources then they will be greatlky appreciated.
again I cant speak highly enough of the knowledge, experience, and the positive supportive people on this forum...truly a breath of fresh air!
