Your post confuses me to be honest. I'm not sure why you are speaking to me as if I did something wrong when I in fact did not. I was the one who disagreed first. In what way did I take someone disagreeing with me harshly? It sounds like your post should be aimed at Hal and not me. Also you made direct comments about my experience in your posts. it was obviously directed at me considering I was the person with the opinion you didn't agree with and I was the only person to mention my experience. Please don't insult my intelligence man. I know how you really feel considering Hal pm'd me with more to say after I went to sleep.

I wasn't even going to mention it but your post seems so misguided to me that I don't even know what to say. It's like you didn't read the thread or you are just choosing to ignore exactly what happened. Can't believe you come in here with this post trying to be all professional and high roadish after you came at me in a hostile way to begin with. You obviously weren't as bad as Hal but you sure as hell aren't innocent. Shit is not worth my time man I'm done replying to this thread.

First off, I'd like to apologize to @Pezzer69 for the tail spin this thread turned. You are looking for answers to your question and we started off on the right track to help get you there, but sometimes (despite best intentions by all parties, and I'm sure you all had the best of intentions) threads can get a bit heated and escalate quickly. I assure you Pezzer that this is not common practice or fair for this forum. We often engage in debates but it's usually kept within the lines of civility and is quickly taken care of if not.

We are all at a disadvantage when there is no tone, inflection, or body language to help interpret what we mean on a forum like this where communication is 100% what is written.

I will keep this thread locked as I believe the first few posts are answer enough to at least point you in the right direction. You're welcome to message our resident Hydro expert, @Grey Bear , though he has been a bit intermittent lately being busy with things off-site. Still worth a PM to the guy and he gives great advice (helped me with my first hydro grow!)

This is a community forum, fellas. We work together, we discuss ideas, but we will ALL respect each other and there will be no name calling, no telling each other to shove it, and no more attacking each other. You got some beef with a member, you take it to a private message. Any further bickering of this nature publicly will result in a temporary suspension of accounts for ANY member involved (staff included) for a minimum of three days.

Please be mindful of the original poster of a thread and remember that this is searchable and public. You're all entitled to opinions, but when the opinions degenerate into fighting, we're not helping anyone. I hate searching on the internet and seeing pages of A-holes fighting when all I want is some GOOD, SOLID information, and good solid information is what this site is known for.
