Anyway....I typed out the whole thing and then went to attach pics, did that, hit done..............had to hit back and lost most.
I have some dark devils on day 50. Grown only with CFLs. Now I have a 600w HPS with basic hood. Due to environmental issues and grow area not really capable of fitting a hood this size, therefore I have been bringing them out and under the HPS about 36 inches under light for at least 7 hours a day with strong fan over and through them. Should I keep doing that until I can build a room for the 2 600Ws? After being hit with the HPS, I put it under 2 100w CFLs.
As far as the other attachments, look for the dormant plant thread
If I could find a piece of glass that fit, I have an inline I could rig onto it. Then I could cut a hole in the plywood roof, put the glass down on it, then lay the hood on it. I have a real thick piece of glass but its only 12 inches wide so there would be hood sitting on top but only 12" of width goes into box. I can also watercool the hood I guess.
