New Grower Newby located in PNW - the journey begins

I have just obtained my medical certificate and I am getting ready to plant my seeds. I have purchased feminised AF seeds in the following strains. Budda Haze, Sweet Dark Devil & Royal Cheese. I also received some Jack Herer, White widow & Mazar/White Rhino seeds which are feminised but are not AF. I am trying to decide on an indoor or outdoor grow or possibly doing both. I spent a small fortune on these seeds so I want to do this right. I have purchased Jorge Cervantes Marijuana Bible and have been reading it for general knowledge. I am looking at purchasing a small complete grow box system (Super Box/Hydroponics) but wanted to get some feedback from more experienced growers. I have room for an outdoor grow but being new I don't want to screw up my first batch of seeds by going outdoors. Any feedback is appreciated.
