Hope all's good.
I was just wondering what's the nicest tasting strain with the shortest curing time, say for example the drying process went perfect.....
I'm wondering this as a friend grew some cheese and hung it for 6 days (50%RH)
and jarred (burped) for a week, It smelt and smoked lovely!
So any other strains anyone knows of that you can get the same results out from? or even quicker?
