Nirvana Blue Mystic; Day Twenty One; Week 3.

She is now a full 3" tall.

Fed her today with full strength Technaflora Recipe for Success.

She's doing fine.

Hi BayLee, How do you like the Technaflora RFS? I am using it too and am beginning to accumulate quite a collection. It seems overly complicated but it's the only thing I've used. :dunno:

I like it man.!:cool::Sharing One:

Neko, Are you using RFS? I thought you were organic?

Oh, hey jack. Didnt mean to cause a confusion. I was just referring to the thread in general, not the nutrients lol. I do use organic nutes.

It's not complicated. In soil: FEED-WATER-WATER; WET/DRY cycle. I fully saturate my soil in each cycle then wait till near dryness. Heavy pot...Light pot...then water/feed. HALF strength after 2 weeks (be on the safe side) then FULL strength from then on till PRE-HARVEST. RFS was formulated to GROW WEED. BOOST MUST BE USED FIRST before adding any other solution to the mix. I set my bottles in a row and add them the same order every time. BOOST FIRST then any other solution after that is VERY IMPORTANT. Go their web site and the have some very good info. http://www.technaflora.com/

Note: During FLOWER I add CoolBloom Liquid to the RFS nutrient solution and a few drops of Super Thrive and ROOT 66 (Technaflora) in VEG.

Keep the pH in the 6.3-6.8 range. K.I.S.S. is my motto.

Oh I mean that the number of different nutes and supplements seems overly complicated. I understand that you have to add Boost seperately so the metals don't drop out of solution but why the other 4-5 ingredients can't be mixed together is beyond me (and I've asked Technaflora.) I'm going to try mixing up the RFS in seperate grow and bloom solutions, leaving the Boost separate, to see if it makes any difference. I do like the results I've had so far.

I've had zero issues with RFS from the start. In the beginning of my indoor growing the main issue was getting the pH correct.

The Technaflora web site has all the FAQs and what to do. The other nutrient solutions besides the BOOST are formulated to give added benefits to the healthy growth. When you go on their web site and look up each of the nutrients. It'll give you all the info that put's it all together. RFS was (is) formulated as a hydro nutrient solution. Works great in soil as long as the FEED-WATER-WATER is done. Normally the feed solution is added once a week for my grows.

I'm very anal about following directions. The RFS solution and it's application are what Techanaflora says to do. Then I'll follow that and I've had no issues. There may be other nutrients that are better, easier to formulate, but I have no reason to change.

RFS has been very good for me.

Best of luck and Keep Growing.

Are you planning of adding the other nutrients together then add to BOOST? Or BOOST then add each nutrient separately?

LST Nirvana Blue Mystic

After giving the Blue Mystic her watering this AM. I Velcro nursery stripped her main cola just a little. Don't want to stress her out too much and will slowly bend her down to open the canopy.

Trying to keep her around 7" tall while she's growing. Then when she stretches into FLOWER the max will be 21". Just the right size for my Super Box.
