Ok Guys,

So I had softened her up today by getting her a nice red wine and flowers...knowing I was gonna have this conversation.

I said that if I do this now and keep it going aslong as I had the seeds to do so then I wont need to spend as much dollah! I have nutes, soil, pots etc all ready to go. I also mentioned that our boys are 10 weeks old and 2 years old and are much too young to be going into the garage on their own in the first place so they couldn't possibly see or wonder why daddy is bringing lots of water in there.

I gave her 2 options.... spend a lot of money and put my tent and LED into the attic or.... get a small tent and LED light for the garage.... out of the road in the corner so no one could see even if I left it open.

She then said " you always do this and I give up because I don't want to argue.." ( this is when I knew I had her on the ropes )

I said I promise only to do a couple of grows to keep me going and its better than spending money and going to dealers etc.

So .... I now have to buy a new LED light and a small sized tent. I seen a tent for 33 pound on ebay ( Brand New ) and a 300w LED Vipar for 87 I think it was. Is that price right? ill get a few links to these up in a few seconds...

Glad you where able to sort it out mate , just steady as she goes and and she will see there is nothing to fear , I think that may have been one of her main issues as you have two young children , you have a chance now so show her the stealth side of things and all will be good , best of luck .

Instead of a tent, have you considered building a box out of OSB? Thats what I did and its working well and was cheaper.

I love the Mars-Hydro LED. Lots of growers hrre use them. They run cool and are reasonably priced. Good luck!
