New Grower Noob first grow

Morning all, right i've been in the man cave this morning and i have cut 2 holes in the bottom of the side wall in my groom around 2inch diameter 1 in the rear and 1 towards the front as can be seen in the pics.



Unfortunately adding the extra intakes has now created positive pressure in the groom, is this going to cause me problems???

I have also managed to get the other light hung (bloody love cable ties) and i have lowered my fan to blow air through the bulbs and its still blowing on the lady's so with a bit of luck something might go my way.
Ill pop out in an hour or so to take temp and humidity readings.

Temps now at 25.8 rh 39 which is a little low but not alot i can do about that.

I'm not sure mate i have pc fan intake and a 4" inline fan and filter for my exhaust. I got a fan and filter kit off ebay 40 sQuid. have you tried it with only 1 of the intake fans running with the two holes ?

not as yet dude, just chuffed i've got the temp down. my extractor is a tad crap and only 120m3/h i have another coming at 187m3/h so finger crossed that will sort things out in there. I have also ordered a budha filter as a back up for the DIY job if its required.

I checked my soil a while ago and with the elevated heat in there these last couple if days i was bone dry so i have watered with a very weak mix of biobizz grow and bloom. just happy i was able to hang both lights with minimal alterations.

NEXT DIY:- make my own reflector...

Thanks to all that have read my diary and supported me so far. Thinking of a few ideas with regards to my royal queen as i have read that some people have just cut the buds from the plant when shes finished and managed to keep her alive through another cycle as im not expecting good results any and all ideas will be considered for my royal.

may look for a mentor on my next grow to get the best results possible as theirs some very good growers on here who have fantastic results, and hopefully a recommendation for plant of the month lol

ROYAL QUEEN :- day 26

Hi folks, as you can see the pyramid has stood up to the crazy heats problem i had for a couple of days and the RQ is now starting to show slight recovery, unfortunately she suffered the worst but im hopeful that she will make a recovery, there is some nice fresh growth on her today that wasnt there yesterday.

I have put another wire around the pyramid to bend her over a tad as she seemed to like the first one. Guess time will tell. I'm just glad i seem to have the groom all dialed in now so fingers crossed its smooth sailing from here on in.
