Sooo..... My tea started in the bubble jug yesterday!



I got a pH test kit yesterday, and found out the meter I borrowed to check my well water was way off! (Damn, lots of "W's!). :
I'm almost at 8 coming from the tap!! I've adjusted my tea to about 6 using ACV, but I'll check my runoff today to see if the soil is buffering before I use it.
A good digital meter will have to wait until payday :Stones slap:

This NL is a freakish beast, at least to a noob like me.
I read Muddy's auto-sticky too late, and started her on flowering nutes too soon, and true to what he said, she stopped stretching. :Stones slap: For a bit. :tiphat:
Now, she's on the move again, getting more bud sites, and in the last two days has grown taller than the Fast Haze!
I'm old... I know crazy bitches when I see them :coffee break:

Once, I killed my mother-in-laws gourd vine just by pointing at it (no shit... old school Mexicans are VERY touchy about that; look at it, talk about it, Never, EVER point at it!).
I have a top 5 or 6 that have made this grow go, and while I now know I can't give all my reps away at once, I'm gonna be slappin' the s**t out of all the good friends who've made this first run work.

Hey Red!...hope you're feeling better, you got some serious play-work to do! :smoke:.... MoB is a 'fast' photo,...damn fats! Mine were done in under just 4 months, in 5gal smart pots, outside fulltime... Indoors, I think the key will be to top them, once or twice(?), to keep height under control; check out DubV's HR grow at the HR forum... he has some MoB's, topped, that are crazy dense-bushy, but then, he's a total wizard!...one of the very best here,...the color and body build were different with my two; purple isn't something Cres (the breeder) selected for outright, but I don't think it's very deeply buried in the gene pool! the 'white'(my term) one does have purple air-brushed highlights on there, but it's covered by the trich's mostly! They are very fast growers, but hit the brakes hard after the bud crowns start to form pistils... from there, it's all bud building!

Great find, Muddy's article...between the leaves, and the trich' ambering, that's how you tell where they're at, and what you want from the buzz,.... as he said, it's a general guideline, and auto's are notorious for strain specific behavior, even pheno's vary... Do you have something with at least 10x magnification? Some of my plants dumped their fans readily, but hung onto their bud leaves for dear life, it seemed,... the trich's are what I went by then,... other's followed the trend pretty closely... That said, you Haze may be a while yet... the last week or so can bring big changes, so keep close watch on how they bulk up; it'll slow up a lot right at the end, that's when you start to look closely at leaves and trich's combined to make a call!... Mmm, lots of nice Pom-Pom nugg's on her! But she still has a ways to go, from what I can tell in this pic.... NL is weeks out still, ...LOL!! Gads, what a :beast: she's becoming! ...Tea looks delish, Red! Swampy helping you with dis, right?...you're way past what I did! *** You're just killin' it brudda! Here's some closer-uppers of fast haze, I'm thinking over-all 15% amber trichs, more on the top of the buds? Leaves are staying green, but just starting to go off-color :dance2:
I'm thinking 2 weeks? Maybe wanting to start flushing in a couple of days?

Oh, yeah, waira, I have started juicing the NL! Still low dose feedings, but now twice a week, just to keep up with her growth!
I really want to do a couple of MoB's, but I'll most likely use my last 2 fast haze and give my 2 remaining sour diesels a shot first.
Thinking about adding a foot of width to the closet (a.k.a. "The Love Shack").

...Wow, she's at 15% amber already?...won't be 2 weeks if that's the case,...I'm looking at how many pistils are dried, leaf color (roger that on them starting to fade),...these say a week-ish, but the amount of ambering at this stage puzzles me,... what magnification are you using? When you see an amber trich, is it smaller in size than the rest, which should all be cloudy by now.... how about the lower buds, do they look as far along?....I'm just trying to help dial in a harvest time for her,....
NL is ready for bloom nute's! I forget what you have,... if you haven't made the switch yet, it's time to start with a transition blend, ease her off the higher N instead of yanking the nute' rug out from under her! *** no rush on the MoB's,... better still to wait and see some more indoor grows, and have a better idea about what to expect!...HR gear is truly oriented toward outdoors, speedy, mold resistance, lower Temp.'s, but folks have grow most all of them indoors just fine...MoB has the potential to be a sizable plant, so steps must be taken to limit her size,...I've never grown indoors, so aside from some basics, you'll have ask around... Mr.N, DubV, Cres... Meantime, yeah, finish off those beans, or add another smaller strain if you want a new flavah!

waira, I'm guessing 10 to 15% amber overall, the upper buds around 20%, the small lower buds maybe 3%, but with the trich tips tuning to amber.
I'm using an old eye loop from my rockhound days, I believe it's 40X (resin balls on the leaves look like softballs!).
The very lowest, smallest buds are just showing amber, with about 5% of the tips changing color. Lower buds are way behind the upper!
And yeah, NL has been getting less N, more P & K and macros since last week... shit, she's still trying to stretch!
She has started to slow down the past 24, so maybe that was her last fling!
Oh, yeah, pistols (on the haze) are looking dark brown, kinda like I enjoy my toast.
I'm gonna keep a sharp eye, might start to flush in a day or so... maybe add some honey when I flush?
Don't want to rush this, I'll watch for right moment, but
