New Grower Noob grow, N lights, Sour Diesel, Fast Haze

 :Stones slap: :WTF: :crying: Shit-the-bed!! I thought summn was weird here,...Solves that mystery!! ...way to wear the bag publically, my friend :smoke: Botanical terms are just part of Growing 101,... score one of those books on Ebay or Amazon, they'll pay for themselves many times over...:wiz: ....Well, we would have discussed these things anyway, so now you know!! LMAO!! FH won't be long Red,...
Soil choices,... there's brain-full to grind over! This could be a 3 page discussion, with all the experience and input here,.... This time I'm very happy with the soils I chose, based on asking around and what I see here; I started them in Fox Farms Happy Frog, and used Root Organic for finishing soil... HF is nice and mello, but not bereft of nutrients, and RO performed great, no trouble with pH, bugs,.... Fox also makes Ocean Forest, but I suspect I got thrips from it last time, and there have been many other complaints about it's quality recently... of course, it was the darling of the soil world for a while, and for good reason; it is/was a very good final soil (a bit to hot to start in)... many here still swear by it! So, it'll come down to what you can find locally, or order online, and pricing of course... My local horti-joint charges much less ($12-14 a bag) than the other non-corp' nurseries charge retail... ...okay, back to football!! more later... :coffee break:

Like BOMB ...

:slap::smokebuds::smokebuds:

Amazing brudda

The books will be ordered tonight, man!
Poor FH! It must be starving :Stones slap:
I adding more space to my closet right now, so while the girls are out I'm giving them their first taste of tea :D:
Reps, waira!
And how 'bout those Packers!!!

Back attcha, swampman!
The teas been bubbling for 2 days now, time to feed it! Looks like a good dark beer :stylez rasta smoke:

Thanks, Dominas! :tiphat:
Of course, all day long I had to hear my better half asking if I remember what a trich looks like :D:
@Renaissance, I feel your pain was in the same boat when I grew my first photo, thought pistils were at the nodes and the ones on the buds were trichs....haha

Live and Learn Bro, Here at AFN I learn something cool everyday :stylez rasta smoke:

So the gals are fed and put to bed.
I added 16 inches to the closet depth to give more room for the side lights.
The missus commented that she would have been happy enough just to see two extra inches... Not sure what that means :Stones slap:
Anyway,

OO! -better pic of FH!! Daaaamn, she's loading up very nicely, Red!! The scaled back shot gives good size perspective- they're bigger than I thought! Tell your lovely wife that- :roflcry: "It looks bigger from a distance"... certainly, and extra 16" depth is overkill.... nammys Horney :crying:....
Of course, all day long I had to hear my better half asking if I remember what a trich looks like :D:
<--:brow: try putting on the loupe and asking if you can inspect her hairs!! :roflcry: .... Great do-it-youself custom work brudda! :High 5:

Thanks! FH is about 22" tall, trichs have gone milky, NL is at 26", bud sites are really starting to pop.
I may hold off on the 4 plant 2nd grow, but at least our 2 sour diesel haze are waiting for their chance in the spotlight. :D:

Ah, NL!
Only grew an inch today, so now at 27", and an honest 23" wide :Holy Moly: No wonder I had to expand the cabinet!
Our FH... :coffee: , she's too young to die! Leaves are going off-color, no more stretch, a very selfish plant, only seems to care about how big her buds are. :D: 100_4808.jpg
Now that we're hitting the 20's at night, RH is totally whacked, averaging 29%, so time to blow the dust off my redneck AC 100_4696.jpg and turn it into a humidifier.
